Ballroom Sponsor will host the 2019 Dancing with the Doctor’s Gala, one of Rhode Island’s Premier Charity Events.
Sponsor name or logo will be appear as Presenting Sponsor.
Sponsor will be recognized on all digital and paper event-related
marketing for Dancing with the Doctors.
Sponsor will also be recognized on all Gala specific marketing
materials, which will include: Gala invitations, Posters, Voting Ballots, Event Signage, and projection onto two Jumbo Screens (located over the dance stage).
Sponsor will receive a full page advertisement in Gala program.
Sponsor will receive recognition as the Presenting Sponsor, during Gala.
Sponsor will be given a special table during Gala to display any company marketing materials, services or products.
Sponsor will also receive: Two front row VIP tables at Gala (10 guests per table), Table butler service during the Gala, Two bottles of wine during dinner and 20 Raffle Tickets.
